FOCUSED FLOW

The FF is Incooling’s enhanced airflow solution. This technology has developed into a design methodology applicable and retrofittable to any server. The design methodology entails the analysis of the existing server airflow, design of flow path upgrades such as forced flow ducts, heatsinks and thermal interfacing.

No change in infrastructure needed: unlike other advanced cooling solutions the FF requires zero change in data centre infrastructure.
Energy efficient solution: The FF allows data centres to raise their data room ambient temperatures, allowing significant savings in cooling power.
Design-in approach: Unlike other advanced cooling solutions the FF can be integrated in standard air-cooled servers.

SMALL VAPOUR COMPRESSION

The SVC is Incooling’s flagship technology. This proprietary two-phase cooling system can cool the CPU to below-ambient temperatures, delivering the highest possible server CPU performance. The system is a closed-loop waterless cooling system that fits in a standard 19” 2U server chassis, meaning no change in infrastructure is required.

  • Unrivalled CPU performance: unlike other closed-loop cooling systems, the SVC system can CPUs to below ambient, allowing over-clocking and additional performance gains from mitigating power leakage.
  • Heat density: the SVC can handle heat loads up to 2kW with a single compressor, allowing one loop to cool multiple CPUs.
  • Edge-ready cooling: the system is designed to operate in a much wider than usual thermal envelope. The SVC enables stable CPU temperatures in environments up to 60°C.
